Refund policy

Due to hygienic reasons, no refunds.

Because our products include personal care, wellness, food-based, and made-to-order items, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an issue caused during fulfillment, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@mokshavitality.ca with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or another resolution may be offered.

Moksha Vitality reserves the right to refuse refunds, returns, or exchanges where products have been opened, used, altered, improperly stored, or handled after delivery or pickup.
